Returns & Refunds

My return shows delivered. When will I get my refund?

Refunds usually reach the original account within 5-14 business days, depending on the bank, credit card company, or online payment provider handling the transaction.

Please also allow for international transaction processing times in the payer's country, as those limits can affect the final arrival date.

What payment method receives the refund?

The refund is sent back to the same credit card or payment method used when the order was placed.

If your approved refund has not appeared within 30 days, please contact coofantyclothing@gmail.com.

Can I switch the item's size or color?

Before the package ships, size or color changes may be possible. After shipment, the returned item must be received first before a size or color change can be arranged. Returned products must be unworn and unwashed.

Do return shipping costs fall on me?

Yes, customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returned items.

We never want to send an item that does not fit well, though small sizing differences can happen between manufacturers. Because of that, most product pages include a size chart. To check measurements for any item, open the size chart on its product details page.

Which size should I choose?

Our size guide gives general recommendations for the size we believe may suit you best. You can view it here: /pages/size-guide. Please note that some styles may fit differently. If you have questions about exact measurements, contact us so we can help you feel confident about your choice.

The size is too small/large and doesn't fit.

Please remember that fit can vary by style. If you need help with specific measurements, contact us and we will do our best to help you choose a size you are satisfied with.

Shipping + Delivery

How can I follow my order?

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping email with the tracking number. Use the tracking link to view logistics updates and the current location of your package. You can also track it here: /apps/17TRACK.

When should my order arrive?

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing Time: This is separate from shipping time. We usually need 2–5 business days to prepare products before shipment. Some items may require 5-7 business days because of stock availability. We ship to the address entered before payment, so please confirm it is correct. To request an address change, contact coofantyclothing@gmail.com within 12 hours.

Shipping Time: For Global Shipping, orders generally arrive within 10-22 business days, though remote areas may take longer.

US Domestic Shipping: Most US deliveries arrive within 3-7 business days. Remote destinations can require more time. US Domestic Shipping applies only to products in the [US LOCAL] Collection.

Why is my order taking longer to ship?

If your package has not arrived for a long time or tracking has not updated, please email our customer service team at coofantyclothing@gmail.com.

We work hard to deliver packages on schedule, but delays can happen because of incorrect addresses, customs clearance, holidays, peak-season volume, and similar issues. Thank you for your patience.

Why does tracking say delivered, but I don't have my order?

Please try these steps:
1. Recheck that the delivery address on your order is correct.
2. Make sure the package was not collected by someone else or delivered to another spot near your property.
3. Look for attempted delivery notices through 17 Track: https://www.17track.net/en.
4. Contact your local courier for delivery details.

Why has tracking stopped updating?

For international shipments, local courier updates may not appear until the package is in transit, passes local customs, and is accepted into the destination country. This can take 3 to 5 days. If your order is still within the estimated delivery window, please allow more time.

If tracking has been inactive for a long time and the order is overdue, contact the shipping courier or email us for help at coofantyclothing@gmail.com.

Why did only part of my order arrive?

Some orders are separated into more than one package because of weight limits or stock availability. The remaining items should arrive in the following days.

Why was my purchase sent in multiple parcels?

If an order is overweight, contains many items, or includes pre-order products, we may ship it in several parcels. In-stock items are prioritized so you can receive them sooner, and any remaining products will ship once they become available.

Am I responsible for customs or duty charges?

In most cases, customers do not need to pay customs or duty fees. For European orders, policy restrictions may require shipments to be delivered with duties and taxes unpaid. If import duties and/or taxes are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country, those charges must be paid by the customer.

How do I submit an order?

Here is how to place an order:
Step 1: Search for, choose, or open the item you want to buy.

Step 3: Choose the size/color, then add the item to cart or select the "BUY IT NOW" button.

Note: If a color or size is greyed out, it is no longer available in stock.
Step 4: Click the cart icon to continue to checkout and review the order summary. In the summary, you can remove products with the "Remove" icon or change quantities with the "+" or "-" controls.

Step 5: Enter your shipping information. Remember to apply a discount code if you have one. If the code is valid, the code tag will appear below the box and the discount will show in the summary.

Shipping Address: Please make sure the address is complete, including street number and apartment number when needed, to avoid delivery issues. Billing Information: Please make sure the details match your credit card billing information to avoid payment problems.

Step 6: Click the "Continue to shipping" and "Continue to payment" buttons.

Step 7: Select your payment method. If you choose PayPal, click the "PayPal" button. If you choose credit/debit card or Klarna, click "Pay now". After payment is completed, an order information email will be sent to you.

I never received my order confirmation email.

1. The most common reasons are an incorrect email address or the confirmation email being sent to your junk/spam folder. Please check that folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact customer service at coofantyclothing@gmail.com.

2. If the email address was entered incorrectly during checkout, please contact customer service so the address can be corrected.

Can I add or remove items from my order?

Please confirm all order details before submitting your purchase.
1. Products cannot be added after an order is successfully placed. If the order has not been packed yet, you may cancel it and place a new order for the items you need, or place a separate order for the additional product.
2. If you want to remove a certain product, this may be possible before the order is packed.

Once the package has shipped, the order can no longer be changed. If changes are not possible, please review the return policy.

Can my delivery address be changed?

1. To help ensure timely delivery, please enter the correct shipping address when placing the order.

2. To request a shipping address change, contact Customer Service at coofantyclothing@gmail.com. Please note that we can only help modify the shipping address BEFORE SHIPPING.

3. If the order has already arrived in the destination country and the address still needs to be changed, we strongly recommend tracking the package, identifying the shipping courier, and contacting them directly so they can help reroute it if possible.

Can I request an order cancellation?

Cancellation may still be possible only while the order remains in processing status. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please wait for the package to arrive, then keep it or contact us to return it for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse delivery, as undelivered packages may be destroyed by the third-party logistics provider.
