What happens if my parcels are lost, damaged, or delayed?
Our Store provides the Worry-Free Purchase service option at the cart page. At present, it is only available for eight countries US, CA, AU, NZL, FR, UK, NL, DE, ES, IT, BE, AT, PT, IE.
Which situations allow me to submit a claim?
The cases shown below may be covered by Worry-Free Purchase;

Delay: Domestic Shipping: Not delivered after the 10 days following order fulfillment are considered delay. International Shipping: Not delivered after the 30th day following order fulfillment are considered delay. |
Where can I submit the claim?
You can open the resolution center through the “Report an Issue” link in the Seel policy email, or by going to https://resolve.seel.com. A verification email will be sent to you, and you can sign in by entering the verification code provided.
What should I do after submitting the claim?
Seel will review your application within 48 hours and if you do not receive a response during that time, you may contact us via coofantyclothing@gmail.com.
Documents needed to qualify for a claim
Documents needed for a damage claim:
When item(s) are damaged in transit, we need to assess the nature, cause, and effect of the damage. To file and qualify for a damage claim, the following supporting documents are required:
1. Clear photo(s) of the carrier packaging and product package
2. Clear photo(s) showing how the item(s) were damaged
The payout amount for damage is decided by the evaluation results, up to 100% of the purchased value, depending on how the damage affects the usability of the item(s). Please note that packaging damage without impact to the item(s) inside, and clear pre-shipment item defects, are not covered. The supporting documents you provide will directly affect our review. Please provide detailed evidence to help your resolution process.
Documents needed for a loss claim:
a. If the shipment is marked by the carrier as “lost”, or shows a “delivery” scan 30 days after shipment, you do not need to provide any additional proof.
b. If the shipment shows a “delivery” scan but was not received, we encourage you to first check around your neighborhood or mail hub. If you still cannot find your package, we may need one of the following supporting documents to qualify for a loss claim:
· Police report
· Security footage
· Carrier letter
· Written documentation from an authority/leasing office detailing
Documents needed for a delay claim:
1. No supporting docs are required for a delay claim. Such cases will be automatically judged based on the tracking info of your package's tracking number.
Payout options
Seel supports payout in one of the following four options:
1. PayPal: Supports multi-currency transfers. Funds arrive instantly once the claim is approved.
2. Venmo: Supports USD transfers, funds arrive instantly once the claim is approved.
3. Direct deposit: Supports USD transfers through US bank account ACH transfer, takes 1-3 business days to arrive. This option is only available for transactions in USD.
4. Tremendous: Customers will receive their payout in the form of a virtual visa card.
