Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you are happy with your order, but if it is not right for you, we can arrange a replacement order or provide a refund. You may request a return or exchange for Coofandy items by e-mail within 30 days from the date all items were received.

Subjective reason: If you believe the clothing does not meet your expectations, please reach our customer service within 30 days from the date all items were received. You may request a return. Note: If you did not meet the free-shipping threshold and were charged shipping, that fee is non-refundable because it was used to deliver the package.

Objective reasons: If you receive an incorrect product that differs from the one you ordered, you need to provide a photo of the wrong product. After verification, we will send a new product at no cost or issue a refund for you.

We will resend the original order unconditionally in these cases: the customer provides clear proof of loss; the post office shows proper delivery and the customer contacted the local post office several times with no result; there is a delivery time and waybill number but no logistics information; or you receive the wrong item or a broken item.

Order change / Order cancellation

Customers may ask to cancel an order within 3 days of purchase. We accept cancellations before the product has shipped. Your cancellation request will be processed within one business day after we receive it. Once an order enters the shipping process or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. In that case, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] after receiving your package. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order once the product has already shipped out.

How to return?

You can click here to request a refund within 30 days after receiving all packages, or contact us by email at coofantyclothing@gmail.com. Our customer service team will handle your request as soon as possible. All returns must be sent back in their original, unworn condition. Once the returned order has been delivered, our customer service center will process your refund.

Pack your clothing securely and include a note with your name, e-mail, order number, and a short description of the return reason so Coofandy can inspect the products.

Coofandy would regret it if your clothing was lost during shipping. For this reason, we recommend sending returns through a trackable method. Please send us the tracking number when you ship the product back to us.

Notes: Return shipping fees depend on your location, the express company selected, and the weight of your package; the estimated return fee is between $10 and $20.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to pay the shipping fee for this reason.

Processing Time and Shipping Time

Delivery time: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing Time: Before shipping your order, we normally need 2-5 business days to prepare your products. The processing time is separate from the shipping time. Kindly note that a small number of orders may still require 5-7 business days depending on stock availability. We will ship to the address you entered before payment, so please make sure the shipping address is correct. If you need to change the address, please contact us at coofantyclothing@gmail.com within 12 hours.

Shipping time: Generally, for Global Shipping, it will take 12-25 business days for your order to reach you, and some distant areas may take even longer.

For US Domestic Shipping, delivery is 3-7 business days for most of the US, while some distant areas may take a bit longer.

Delivery time may vary, especially during peak periods. Please be more patient.

Q1: Which items are eligible for return or exchange?

A1: Items must be in their original condition: unwashed and unworn. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged at any time. Set products can only be returned as a complete set and cannot be separated.

Q2: Where will the refund be issued?

A2: Your refund will be sent to the original credit card used for the purchase, refund time: 3-7 business days.
